Blood Test Appointments in 2026
To help us continue providing high-quality care for our patients, the Practice has expanded the range of conditions covered by our annual review recall programmes. As a result, the number of blood test appointments available at the Practice for tests that are not part of an annual review is limited.

To avoid long waits for a blood test appointment, we encourage patients to use the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) based at Hollinswood House, Stafford Park, where appointments are readily available and free parking is provided on site.

The Carer Connect group are back at Priory Hall on Tuesday 4th August from 2pm until 4pm.

🎶 We are joined by singer and story teller Sally Tonge 🎶.

Carer Connect is an all inclusive community group; our aim is to provide a supportive environment that enables carers to attend with or without the person they care for. We also support people living with Dementia or other long term conditions, people feeling lonely or isolated or even just those who want to be more involved with the community.

For more information or a full programme, you can contact me on ☎️ 01746 551137 or email [email protected].

We have a very special Carer Connect session next week to support Dr Harvey and her team of OARsome rowers in raising funds for Severn Hospice and The British Heart Foundation.

Dr Harvey will be with us to draw the charity raffle with kind donations from Wenlock Pottery, Bridgnorth Majestic Cinema and others.

🎶 Members of the Much Wenlock Severn Hospice Support Group will be joining us and we have a performance from the Bridgnorth Balladeer 🎶.

Refreshments will be served from 2pm.

We look forward to seeing you there! ☀️

Polite Notice

We are aware of recent negative comments circulating on local community social media pages in relation to staff at the Practice, particularly our reception team.

The Practice has a clear and robust complaints procedure in place. We would respectfully encourage any patient who has concerns about the care or service they have received to raise these directly with us through the appropriate channels, so that we can investigate fully and respond appropriately.

All members of our team are dedicated, caring professionals who work extremely hard to meet the needs of our patients within the resources available. We would ask that all communication about and directly to our staff, remains respectful, recognising the challenging environment in which they work.

Many thanks

Dr Harvey

The Carer Connect (Much Wenlock) group were given exclusive access to Sunnycroft last week for our annual ‘away day’ hosted by Site Manager Lou Hall and her amazing team of National Trust volunteers.

We enjoyed afternoon tea in the sunshine and were then able to explore the house and garden at our leisure. A great way to celebrate with our own volunteers who help us each month.

Carer Connect provides a supportive space for unpaid carers and the people they care for, helping to reduce isolation and strengthen links to local services and community support.

Our programme for the year includes music, gentle physical activity, community performances, social outings and seasonal events. Our sessions are Dementia friendly and are supported by Julie Rose, Dementia Link Worker for the Alzheimer's Society.

📍Priory Hall, Much Wenlock
🗓️First Tuesday of the month | 2pm until 4pm

📍Quatt Village Hall, Nr Bridgnorth
🗓️Last Thursday of the month | 12pm until 2pm
