Incredible day yesterday at the Christmas Fayre 🩵 We had lots of walk ins, lots of questions and a few chocolates shared 🍫

Thank you to everyone that stopped in and the brave few people that got onto the reformer to give it a go!

✨ Christmas Fayre Day Is Almost Here ✨

Pogi will be open from 12-2 offering our Therapy Room as a quiet space with low light, gentle music, a few toys, some books and a special Christmas chocolate jar 👀 for anyone big or small looking for a little rest from the fullness of the day! 🎄

We will also be offering walk in tasters on the reformer - 10 minutes on our Reformer to give it a go! It’s not as scary as it looks 😉

We may be open at other intervals in the day outside our 12-2pm time, but I do have two very excited children who want to see as much as possible around town on this special day of the year!

Yes that is a Reindeer doing Side Splits! We will be doing the 12 Days of Christmas - Reformer Exercises!
