A huge thank you to East Lothian Roots and Fruits and to all the lovely folk of Elphinstone for making this morning's free pop-up ear care clinic such a resounding success! 💚

I had such a wonderful morning and absolutely loved having a blether with everyone who came along. It was a pleasure to meet so many friendly faces, offer free ear checks and advice, and chat about all things ear health.

If you haven't heard of East Lothian Roots and Fruits, they are a fantastic community-based charity doing incredible work to bring people together through gardening, growing food, learning new skills, and promoting health and wellbeing. They provide such a warm, welcoming environment and are a real asset to our community.

Thank you again to everyone who popped in to say hello. I can't wait to come back again soon!
