My healing space is reopening ✨
After 5 years away, I’m gently stepping back into offering Reiki treatments from my home sanctuary from mid June.
These sessions are for those feeling called to rest, realign, release emotional heaviness and reconnect back to themselves on a deeper level.
Expect a peaceful, nurturing environment where you can completely switch off, receive healing energy and leave feeling lighter, calmer and rebalanced.

When you reach a certain age..
its true in what they say... You choose to cut out the negativity, drama and chaos from your life. You choose people that lift you up instead of putting you down...(especially the ones that smile at your face but talk behind your back). Yes sometimes its worth keeping quiet...yes you will hear things that are said about their own friends...but you know what...there's somethings that are their life lessons and not for you to get involved in. Don't carry others people's energy when you can keep yours alight. Dont waste time on people who wouldn't think of you in a heartbeat 💗... Life can be very short but it doesn't mean that you have to accept people with crappy behaviours... It's true in what they say... "Your vibe, will attract your tribe" but it can also work thd other way, and what and who is not for you...will fall away... ✨️

Today's card~~SHIFT YOUR ENERGY ~~
There's a change of direction coming ahead but blink and you will miss it. The wind can only blow through where there are no obstacles. It is now time to make those changes within yourself. How can energy flow freely if there are static obstacles in the way?
How can abundance of love make it's way if your still holding on what no longer serves you. Time to make these changes so you can shift your energy and make way for the new.
How do I do this? you may ask. Detox from chemicals, wear more colours, out with nature. Drink more water, laugh more, dance more. Declutter, material things as well as relationships.... it's now time for a shift. Wheres your change of direction taking you?
