It’s a day of big rest tomorrow at the studio with three gorgeous pop up events…though don’t forget the clocks change, else you’ll be showing up late!

The morning kicks off at 9.30am with Wintering with , a floor based practice exploring the layers of the body as understood in yoga philosophy.

Later in the afternoon, will be guiding an extra long, extra nourishing 4pm Deep Rest Yin + Nidra, before the day closes out at 6pm with a Sawhain Women’s Circle, led by the beautiful pair from .

A day of cosiness, candlelight and community.

This is Sharon (). She’s a great teacher, great user of props in weird old ways + a bloody great florist…you can catch her floral goodness over at

She’ll be dusting off the microphone + desperately trying to remember the Zoom password tonight, all ready to invite you into the bedroom (not like that!) for a Late Night Wind Down + Nidra practice from the comfort of your own home.

Join her from 9pm for some pyjama-friendly bed based movements before snuggling down into a nidra that you can drift straight off to sleep from!

The class is free if you’re a WildCard member, or just £8 to join if you’re not.

Happy long weekend you wonderful lot!

For those of you looking to ride that chocolate high right through into this coming week, we’ve got the perfect pop up on Tuesday evening for you to harness all of that energy.

Our beautiful will be bringing a special Strong + Slow Flow to the studio on Tuesday at 6pm - a popular practice from last month’s WildCard series.

When the sugar starts to wear off later in the week, we’ve got a couple of wind down practices ready to ease you back down to earth…

Sunday morning will be a mindful + nourishing Embodied Flow + Nidra with , and then next Tuesday at 6pm you can really crash out with the deepest, yummiest guided relaxation and sound practice with .

Have you ever been worried about coming to class and not being able to ‘do’ everything?

It can feel intimidating venturing into something different - you don’t want to feel like the kid in school who couldn’t keep up and was going on, and was going to fail the class.

Lucky for you, our classes aren’t a game of follow the leader.

Our teachers aren’t there to test you or make sure that you’re doing it ‘right’. There isn’t really a right way to do things at all. They’re there to guide you through some ways you COULD do things and help you figure out a way to practice that suits what you need in that moment.

So you can take what you need and leave what you don’t.
