As a small thank you I have privately hired Nairn Hydrotherapy Pool for a Halloween party for the children and their families! New timetable for pool below 👇

📢 Here is a copy of our updated timetable for the pool.🏊‍♀️💦

Swimming lessons run during term time, while everything else runs every week. Some bookings can be made online, or you can email us at [email protected]

📞 Our phone lines are monitored during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am–12pm. Outside of these times, we will respond when we return.

💙 Please remember that the pool is also run by volunteers. We are very dedicated to our roles, but if you’re ever unsure about anything, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

💃 NEW Aqua Dance! The booking link will be available next week, so keep an eye out!

We also have some private services running at the pool, including Baby Bubbles Nairn, Restore physiotherapy and Small Waves Hydrotherapy These services can all be booked online directly with the individual providers.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Hydrotherapy Pool! 😊

Oh something new? 👀👀How exciting!! Fancy trying something different on a Thursday night at Nairn Hydrotherapy Pool? I will be running a trial between November - December of AquaDance! 💃🕺🪩💙🌊

We’re excited to introduce Aquadance at Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust! 🌊

Join us on Thursdays at 6pm for a 45 minute, fun and low impact class in the water, suitable for all abilities.

The class will be led by Chartered Physiotherapist Catherine.

I have updated my booking blurb to reflect the changes to the pool including the plinth and sling bar attachments! I’ve also added in extra headings to reflect the nairn hydrotherapy pool standards of use so all are operating on the same policies. Any questions do not hesitate to contact!
