Our systems are back up and running! Prescription and patient records are accessible again, so we're processing prescriptions as normal.

Still waiting on an engineer to resolve our system issue. Prescription and patient records remain inaccessible for now.

Shop floor is open as normal, no update yet on prescriptions or ready-for-collection items.

We'll post as soon as it's sorted. Thanks for your patience.

🚨 System Issue – Prescriptions

We're currently unable to access prescription or patient records due to a system issue.

Shop floor is open as normal, but we can't process new prescriptions or locate ones ready for collection right now. We expect to be back up and running Monday.

Last week, Amy and Denise had a brilliant time visiting the P1 and P2 classes at Rosebank Primary School. 📚💙

The P1s enjoyed a story and a fun game of “Pass the Prescription”, while the P2s got hands-on by making up dosette boxes as well as playing “Pass the Prescription”. It was fantastic to see how engaged and enthusiastic everyone was!

A big thank you to the pupils and teachers for such a warm welcome, we loved every minute. 😊
