Losing someone you love can be incredibly difficult, and no one should have to face grief alone.

We find ourselves having conversations with families more and more about “Direct Cremations” or “Unattended Funerals” and if it’s something that we offer locally, more often than not in response to people seeing ‘Pure Cremation’ adverts on television.

What is most important when arranging a loved one’s final journey is honesty, transparency and clarity about the services being offered.

THANK YOU! 🎯

When I first received the email to be part of the marathon team I probably didn’t really think about what it really meant or how much of an impact it would have on me.

I have had so much help and support from people I have never met, and I can’t wait to get to London in the morning to meet them. The stories are humbling, heartbreaking and inspiring, putting any pain or niggles I’ve had into insignificance.

The messages of support, huge donations, marathon advice, training runs, massages are all hugely appreciated.

The long solo runs in the dark, rain, snow have all been a test but have given me some time to take on some personal battles and I’m ready to enjoy all that the weekend ahead has to give 🏃🏼‍♂️🥇
