Thank you for all the kind messages asking about Zander. He’s on the mend but still under observation at home.

All clients who have an appointment this week have been informed that it may get cancelled. Hopefully not 🤞🏻

Quick update regarding appointments:

Unfortunately we have been in hospital the past few days with Zander. He’s recovering well at home however we are still having to monitor him regularly.

Therefore I will not be working this week. I’ll update everyone over the weekend about next weeks appointments.

Two of my most long standing clients and mum mates have absolutely smashed this year’s London marathon! 💪🏻
Gill ran it in 3hrs and Charlie ran a 3hrs 6min! Well done both! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
Maybe one day I’ll give it ago. Except I’d do it twice as slow as you both 😅

Congratulations to Dave for achieving a sub 3hr marathon time too! 🏃‍♂️
I could be here all day celebrating everyone’s achievements. So a massive well done to EVERYONE! 🫶🏻
