IMPORTANT UPDATES 📣

I am no longer using the Fresha booking system. This is due to rising costs and card processing fees.

⛔️Online booking is no longer available. All future bookings will now need to made directly with myself.

⛔️Card payments can no longer be taken.
Payments can be made by cash or BACS.
(Please not BACS payments must be made the same day of treatments.

‼️Valid Gift vouchers may still be used but I no longer have access to the voucher codes so please provide these with the voucher amount.

If you have a future booking which you have secured with a card, please don’t worry no money will be taken but you will need to now pay with cash or bank transfer.

📣 UPDATED PRICES
Unfortunately, with the continued costs of rising stock and cost of living, there will be a slight price increase on some treatments.
This will take effect from Tuesday 7th April.
Please know, I value every one of you and your continued loyalty and support means the world. 🌍

📣I am hoping to have new price lists soon with all the updated information as well as my new wellness additions. (Mini treatments that you can add to your appointments to enjoy even more relaxation and “you time!”

I only have a limited number of free texts from Fresha and after this I have to pay. As a small business, this is quite costly. I do understand that sometimes it means you won’t receive a reminder so please, please make sure you know when your appointment is and don’t rely on the technology!

✅ Just a gentle reminder that missed appointments will be charged in full.
Today, I have lost nearly £80 in missed appointments and wasted 3 hours of treatment time.
No shows and late cancellations do not give me the opportunity to fill the spaces that other clients are waiting for. It’s a huge loss of income for me and I still have rent and bills to pay.
