Do not ignore the warning signs and the red flags. 🚩
They are showing you exactly who they are.
If someone disrespects you, humiliates you in front of other people, manipulates you, plays mind games, isolates you, or makes you question your own reality, do not ignore it.
If someone makes you feel unsafe, anxious, intimidated, or afraid, let that be your sign to leave.
Find the strength to walk away, and if you cannot do it alone, find the support to help you. There is no shame in asking for help.

So, if a man tells you to run, listen.
And if your instincts are telling you to run, listen to them too.

‼️22 years this May since we lost our precious friend Sharon. We didn’t know there was a problem….

The shock hit like a train and the ripple effect was like a tsunami. The people left behind always wonder what they could have done to help….

It’ll be 10 years on 16th June, since I qualified as a hypnotherapist and if I’ve helped even one person to not to go through with this, my goal will have already been achieved!

If you are someone struggling with low emotions, no matter what, no matter how bad you think something is in your own mind, there is always a solution. You are always one step away from someone who can help, even if you speak to a friend who can help guide you to the right source of help and if you find it hard to talk, that’s the first step, even if it is ‘help me’.
