🌊🐾 What do YOU do to relax?

For me, one of my favourite ways to slow down and reconnect with myself is a walk along my local beach with my beautiful girl Ezmee. 🐾💜

I’ve had Ezmee for six months now, and she really is such a sweet soul. There’s something very special about walking beside the sea with a dog — the fresh air, the sound of the waves, the open sky… and of course, watching them happily explore everything! 😂

Even though I have a painful foot at the moment, I still find myself wanting to come here.

Because sometimes we need to make space for the things that nourish us.

Relaxation doesn’t have to be complicated.

It might be a walk in nature, listening to music, reading a book, having a bath, sitting quietly with a cup of tea… or simply spending time with someone (or something 🐾) that makes your heart feel lighter.

✨ So I’d love to ask you… what do YOU do to relax and recharge?

We each walked our own path to bio energy healing, and somewhere along the way those paths crossed. What began as training became friendship, support, laughter, learning and a deep understanding of what it truly means to hold space for others.

I’m so grateful for the connections this journey has brought into my life. Together we continue to learn, grow and share the gift of healing—each in our own beautiful way.
