My name’s Jaime and I am a certified yoga teacher.

I first got into yoga in my early twenties and found an instant connection with it. After years of personal practice, I really wanted to deepen my knowledge and look at the health and therapeutic benefits yoga has to offer. With the support of my family, I completed my yoga teacher training and feel blessed to now be teaching what I love! I enjoy teaching Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Foundational Yoga

for Beginners. My husband and our two busy boys are my biggest supporters! We also have two dogs who love nothing more than laying on my mat while I *try* to practice! I've created Yoga with Jaime page to keep you updated with class details and to share the love of all things yoga !
