John Noel is a new discovery for me.
He’s recently shared a couple of great reels showing regressions of common fitness and mobility drills — breaking movements down so people of different abilities can access them safely and effectively.

As a physiotherapist and yoga teacher, this really resonates with me.
It reflects exactly why I teach chair-based yoga.

And just to be clear — chair-based doesn’t mean staying seated the whole time. We often use the chair to support standing work (with a seated alternative always available). It’s about creating options.

Accessible movement.
Starting where you’re at.
Understanding how to progress.
Because good rehab and good yoga aren’t about pushing through — they’re about building capacity, confidence, and control.
