Big News: Bringing the Power of Pilates to Our Clinic!

I’m currently studying for my Level 3 YMCA Mat Pilates qualification, with plans to launch classes by late 2026.

As a fan of calisthenics (bodyweight training), I know that true power comes from a strong foundation. I’m bringing Pilates into my practice to bridge the gap between "rehab" and "strength."

Why Pilates?
It’s an incredible tool for rehabilitation, built on three pillars:
1. Spinal Support: Protecting the low back by strengthening deep stabilizers.
2. Controlled Movement: Improving precision to prevent re-injury.
3. Functional Strength: Making daily life easier and pain-free.
