Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry. 🏆 After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life. ❤️

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much!

Since joining , Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah. 🥰 Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon. ⛰️
