One thing I love is that healthy eating doesn't have to mean plain meals or giving up foods you love. Sometimes it's simply about finding new ideas and making favourite foods work for you. 🙌

Hot smoked salmon, smoked salmon, roast chicken pieces baby tomatoes and sorrel leaves. Zero San Pellegrino. 😋
Had a 175ml glass of white wine later from the bar, as part of my Slimming World plan.

These dishes are all completely Free on the Slimming World plan, making it easy to enjoy fresh, vibrant and healthy meals this season. 🙌 I’ve been browsing the dishes on the Slimming World Kitchen website, and the one I’m most looking forward to is the Harissa Chicken Bake with roasted veg couscous – it looks absolutely delicious. 😍 Which one are you most excited to try?

Can't wait for these toffilicious Hifis bars to be delivered! Although it could be very tempting for me to have 150 of them in my hall, when the courier comes! 😆
As a Hifi lover, I'm excited about these. 😋

Steve got his 2 1/2st Award this week and he's our Slimmer of the Week too! That's in 5 weeks. 👌🎉
Craig joined us last week and he got his 1/2st Award this week! He's actually lost 8.5lbs in a week. 👌🎉

Mike is smashing it in our 5.30pm Group at Dee Scout Centre on Burton Road! 🥳
He's our Slimmer of the Week and he's lost almost a stone in four weeks. Mike is really enjoying all the delicious Free Food he can eat and his favourite SW recipe is coq au vin 🍲 which he cooks for himself and his wife. Well done Mike! 👏 👏👏🎉🎉🎉
