Autumn is definately on its way and with that comes a change to more indoor training and gym sessions. Start with light weight and high reps to build good technique, soft tissue strength and reduce risk of injury. However most importantly make sure your flexibility is sufficient to actually get into the correct position before loading. Main issues are usually around calf, hip and shoulder flexibility. If you feel unbalanced you probably are so stretch anything causing poor position before starting and everything after!!
