Hi everyone,

I am closed for the majority of the next few days because of a 3 day music event at our neighbouring pub, plus there is also a water leak on the main road which is directly impacting access.

So unfortunately the next 3 days & eves are pretty much unworkable bar some morning slots which are booked up,

I can’t even arrange online sessions instead as the music is soooo loud and can be heard via video.

I am sorry, thank you for your understanding, rest assured normal service will be resumed next week!

Hi everyone! How are you all?

🌙 So much going on for everyone! Plus cosmically energy is so active at the mo ✨

Been quiet on socials as it’s school hols, but we’ve had fam illness plus I had a blip health wise, but now getting back to it. 💪

It’s been super busy in the healing hut, so a juggle over the past month, thank you to everyone who has visited, we’ve had wonderful times together.

There has been a theme of recent visits. As there always is.. Particularly with the ladies coming in for readings and reiki.

So I just want to remind you all…..

We don’t have to be subservient.
We don’t have to do ‘as we are told’.
We don’t have to ‘keep quiet’.
We no longer need to ‘perform & conform’.
Be seen and not heard.

You know what I am saying right?!!

If someone tells you not speak up, or ‘leave it’ in case you ‘make a fuss’, then ignore them if you feel your opinions are valid and you are coming from a place of good.

We have thoughts, feelings and opinions. We are intelligent and more than capable of sorting things out, resolving issues and making good things happen.

And we deserve to be seen, heard & listened too.

It’s not having an attitude, it’s having standards. And morals. And boundaries.

So crack on ladies!! 💪💪

Sorry but not sorry, for not being on socials much! Life is too short for pandering to algorithms! Dipping in & out whilst making real magic happen.

Garden is looking fab, and it’s been a busy time with clients, thank you everyone who has spent time with me over the past 2 weeks!

Keep doing what makes you happy, and for most people that’s not social media!

❓Have you felt it?

A quiet shift away from spiritual consumerism.
Away from the constant search for the next retreat, course, book, guru or healing modality.

And a return to something much older.

✨Stillness.
🌳Nature.
✌️Solitude.
🙏Intuition.

It's definitely something that's been unfolding over the past year. I've been aware of it myself, the little changes in what's pulling me.

My latest blog post explores this subtle shift that many people seem to be experiencing right now - a movement away from endlessly seeking answers outside ourselves and towards trusting our own inner wisdom.

Perhaps the deepest truths were never something we needed to buy?

Perhaps they were waiting beneath the noise all along.

The best day yesterday enjoying some local sacred sites! Uffington Horse & castle, Wayland’s Smithy, The Ridgeway, West Kennet Long Barrow. The sun shone, the birds sang.. so peaceful 🙏
