Holiday mode: officially coming to an end ✈️☀️

I’ve had the BEST time away with my family, lots of sunshine, laughter, quality time and a much needed reset.

I even managed to disconnect from my phone… a little bit! 😂 I really tried!

And yes, I came home with a tan despite doing everything I could to protect my skin…SPF 50 every 2 hours, staying in the shade most of the time and avoiding getting burnt.

Because protecting your skin is always a priority.

I’m feeling recharged, refreshed and ready to get back to work… although I have to admit, I really missed being at work!

Thank you, holidays, for the memories. Now let’s get back to creating some beauty! 🤍

Even with SPF 50 every single day and reapplying it every 2–3 hours, I’m still getting a beautiful holiday tan ☀️🤎

What surprises me is seeing people lying in the sun for hours, deliberately burning their skin as if it’s a beauty treatment.

A tan might look gorgeous, but sun damage is never worth it. Protecting your skin isn’t just about preventing pigmentation, premature ageing and wrinkles, it’s also about reducing your risk of skin cancer.

Enjoy the sunshine, but enjoy it wisely.
SPF 50, shade, sunglasses, hydration… and please don’t forget to reapply!

July was a month of learning, growth, and taking a step back when I needed it most. It reminded me that slowing down isn’t giving up—it’s giving yourself the space to breathe, reflect, and move forward with purpose.

Life and business will always have busy seasons, but I’ve realised that taking care of yourself is just as important as chasing your goals. The version of you that feels rested, inspired, and present will always achieve more than the one running on empty.

These are some of the most common concerns I see in clinic, but they don’t all have the same cause which means they shouldn’t all be treated the same way.

The under-eye area is one of the most delicate parts of the face. The skin is incredibly thin, so achieving beautiful, natural results requires the right treatment plan, not a one size fits all approach.

This is why I often combine treatments to target different concerns and achieve the best possible outcome.
