KUMA was delighted to host our annual Foundation Year Welcome Event, bringing together new FY1 doctors and senior colleagues for learning, networking, and support. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿป

This year we had a โ€œHow to Survive FY1โ€ session, practical Radiology Tips, and the chance to hear directly from seniors across a range of specialties, giving attendees the opportunity to gain valuable insights and ask questions in a relaxed setting. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿฉป

It was a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community to learn more about health, receive advice, and connect with healthcare professionals.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteer doctors, pharmacists, nurses, speakers, and volunteers who generously gave their time and expertise, as well as everyone who attended the event.

After the event, our volunteers enjoyed a delicious meal kindly provided by YORI, followed by a valuable time of fellowship and networking. It was a wonderful way to celebrate everyoneโ€™s hard work and strengthen our community connections.

We look forward to continuing to serve our community through future health education and outreach events.
