Whilst we fully understand that at times there may be some circumstances which lead to last minute cancellation, we ask that wherever possible you give us notice so that we can try to fill the appointments. If they can't be filled, our therapists and the clinic doesn't earn any money. 3 cancellations has lead to a huge loss of income. We'd like to thank you for understanding regarding this issue
