This week is Learning at Work Week 💜
In care, learning never really stops.
Every day our teams learn more about:
✨ communication
✨ compassion
✨ dignity
✨ complex care needs
✨ supporting people to live independently
Training in care is about so much more than certificates — it’s about giving people the confidence to support others safely, respectfully, and with kindness.
This week, we’re especially proud to celebrate 3 of our team members who have recently achieved their NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
Achieving qualifications whilst working full-time in care is not easy, and we recognise the dedication, resilience, and commitment it takes to keep learning whilst continuing to support others every day.
We also have 2 more members of our team currently working towards their NVQ Level 5 qualifications, and we cannot wait to celebrate their achievements at the end of their courses 💜
We’re incredibly proud of our carers and office teams who continue to grow, adapt, and learn every single day for the people they support.
