Six years ago, CAS started with a simple goal: to provide the kind of care we'd want for our own families.

Since then, it's been a journey full of challenges, lessons, laughter, sleepless nights and moments we're incredibly proud of.

This week is Learning at Work Week 💜

In care, learning never really stops.

Every day our teams learn more about:
✨ communication
✨ compassion
✨ dignity
✨ complex care needs
✨ supporting people to live independently

Training in care is about so much more than certificates — it’s about giving people the confidence to support others safely, respectfully, and with kindness.

This week, we’re especially proud to celebrate 3 of our team members who have recently achieved their NVQ Level 3 qualifications.

Achieving qualifications whilst working full-time in care is not easy, and we recognise the dedication, resilience, and commitment it takes to keep learning whilst continuing to support others every day.

We also have 2 more members of our team currently working towards their NVQ Level 5 qualifications, and we cannot wait to celebrate their achievements at the end of their courses 💜

We’re incredibly proud of our carers and office teams who continue to grow, adapt, and learn every single day for the people they support.

Because great care comes from people who never stop learning 💜
