They do so many wonderful things for the local community. We look forward to seeing them again soon! 🧶🪡❤️

Our Employee of the Month for August was…

💚Jo Breckon, Cook & Kitchen Assistant 💚

Jo went above & beyond by assisting the care team recently with a resident who needed some support. This was outside of Jo’s normal role and we appreciate how supportive & helpful she was to her colleagues in this situation. Great teamworking 👏🏻

Jo also regularly helps by picking up vacant kitchen and cooking shifts.

Well done Jo 👏🏻 enjoy your hamper of M&S treats and Costa voucher!

COOK REQUIRED

We are seeking a cook to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious meals for our 26 residents while maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

Previous experience of working in a food preparation environment, together with a sound understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards, would be highly desirable.

The hours available are:
Friday: 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 1.30pm alternate weeks and 3.00pm - 6.00pm each week
Sunday: 8.00am - 1.30pm and 3.00pm - 6.00pm

We are looking to enhance our team with an experienced individual to provide high quality person centred care, ensuring our lovely residents feel safe, respected, and well-supported every day.

Candidates should preferably have experience in a similar role and must share all of our values.

The role offers a set shift pattern, with alternate weekend working required. Job share will be considered.
