You might also like to know what you can expect from a treatment, let me tell you a little more.

As a holistic practitioner I listen to all the details. How you feel, how you sleep, what you like to do. But I also listen to what your feet tell me.

That last part might seem a little odd!

Your feet can tell me a lot about areas of your mind, body and soul which may need help to find balance.

I listen to everything. Your reflexology treatment is always tailored to your needs. Your feet are the route to your wellbeing and you are unique.
