With over 56 years experience Slimming World is the Healthy Lifestyle plan that is sustainable for the rest of your life once you get to your Target weight and these lovely lot are proof of that. 👍

Who says you can't eat a healthy snack whilst watching a Hunger Games Movie marathon. Rather than having crisps, chocolate and popcorn like the rest of the family I chose to have a lovely salad with my cottage cheese instead. 🥬🍅🥒🫑🧀
