The ‘Creating A Healing Path’ workshops blend knowledge from specialist physiotherapy, coaching, compassion & compassionate mind training, NLP and trauma-informed yoga.
The workshops cover a variety of topics including nervous system regulation and self-compassion. The workshops aim to help people to:
- understand nervous system regulation and understand their own nervous system, along with improving their regulation to help with managing pain/fatigue/anxiety
- find more freedom and ease in their body
- build trust in their body and themselves
- change the secondary consequences of struggling with pain/fatigue/anxiety like frustration and self-criticism, and relate to themselves in a more compassionate way
- connect to being able to do what’s meaningful
- feel more connected to themselves, others & the world around them
- feel more settled in uncertainty
- improve energy management and sleep
- develop a toolbox of practices that support healing and that can help with navigating life and managing and changing pain/anxiety/fatigue.
