It doesn't have to be a period of burnout and "exam dread." At My Magical Mind, we bridge the gap between academic pressure and mental wellbeing with expert-led, in-person workshops designed specifically for Year 11s.
We’re bringing these sessions to Lincoln and Grantham to help teens swap stress for strategy. 🧠✨

Brain Optimisation: Moving beyond "cramming" to use evidence-based techniques that actually help memory and focus.
Expertise in Anxiety & Stress Management: Giving teens a toolkit of clinically-informed strategies to stay calm when the pressure is on.
Organisation & Procrastination: Breaking the "freeze" response and building a plan that feels manageable.
Why My Magical Mind?
These aren't generic study sessions. They are led by a mental health professional with NHS experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, a Masters (MSc) in Developmental Psychology, and ongoing PhD research into the teen brain. We provide a safe, expert-led space where teens feel understood, not just lectured.
