Last week I escaped to National Trust Seaton Delaval Hall for a little while, armed with nothing more than some sunshine and the intention to just be.
No agenda. No rushing. Just sitting quietly, taking in the surroundings, and appreciating the peace that this beautiful National Trust property always seems to offer.
Life can be busy, and it's easy to forget how restorative it can be to simply pause and reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. Days like this are a reminder that wellbeing doesn't always require doing more. Sometimes it comes from doing less.
