David Hugh Rogers

Yn dawel yn dilyn brwydr ddewr yn erbyn afiechyd creulon iawn dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf, bu farw Dai, Fflat 9, Cartref Cynnes, Caerfyrddin yn 61 oed ar y 12ed o Awst yn Ysbyty Glangwili.

Quietly, following a brave battle against a very cruel disease over the past few years, Dai, Flat 9, Cartref Cynnes, Carmarthen passed away aged 61, on the 12th of August at Glangwili Hospital.

Loving father of Cara and Ifan, loyal brother of Wynne, uncle, cousin and loyal friend.

Public funeral will be held at the Chapel of the University of Wales Trinity St David's, Carmarthen at 11:30 am on Tuesday 26th August.

It is with a mixture of sadness and joy that we share the news of the death of Ann Beatt (née Lloyd-Jones), the youngest daughter of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones and Mrs. Bethan Lloyd-Jones. Ann went to be with the Lord on Friday 30th May. Her family were with her.

Ann is survived by her three children, Elizabeth, Rhiannon, and Adam and six grandchildren. She was the younger of the Lloyd-Jones’ two daughters; her elder sister, Elizabeth, survives
her.

Ann remained a faithful and much loved member of Duke Street Church in London until the
end of her life.

There will be a Thanksgiving Service for Ann on Thursday 26th of June at 11:00 at Duke Street Church, Richmond, TW9 1DH.

The burial will be held at Gelli Cemetery in Newcastle Emlyn on Friday 27th June at 1200.
