⚠️ The biggest workplace risk isn’t always the one you can see…

When people think of workplace accidents, they often imagine slips, trips or machinery.

But one of the most overlooked health and safety risks is mental overload.

Not stress caused by long hours…

Is is to the point where someone is juggling so many tasks, interruptions and decisions that their concentration begins to fail.

This is known as cognitive overload, and it can lead to:

🔹 Near misses that could easily become serious accidents

Think about it…

🚐 We’re expanding!
As our business continues to grow, so does our fleet. We’re delighted to welcome our very own BJW Health and Safety Van, helping us deliver even more training and support to businesses across the region.

Most businesses don’t think about health and safety until something goes wrong…

There. We said it.

An accident happens. Someone gets hurt. An investigation starts. And suddenly everyone’s scrambling to find the risk assessment that should have been done six months ago.

We don’t say that to be harsh. We say it because we’ve seen it, and we’d rather help businesses get ahead of it than pick up the pieces after.

Good health and safety isn’t about paperwork. It’s about making sure your people go home the same way they arrived.

That’s it. That’s the whole job.
