Tomorrow morning's Chair Boogie will be held at 𝗪𝗼𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 instead of St Wulstan's, due to flooding from the burst water pipes in front of the building.

We had a blast at Etruria Canals Festival today 🥁

Our Carnival Drummers Workshop went down a treat - thanks to everyone who came along and drummed with us, you were all brilliant! We were having so much fun drumming with you all that we didn't even manage a single drum picture 🤣

And for a bonus point, it didn't chuck it down as forecast, it actually was warm and sunny ☀️🫣🫣

Thanks to the festival team for another brilliant event, we're very grateful to play our small part in it.

We know there's lots of people who would love to try yoga, or get back into it, but floor yoga is not for them.

Chair Yoga means no getting up and down off the floor - and instead uses the chair as the base for seated poses, as well as for support in standing/balancing poses.

It's a great way to support you to move more, in your way - and to help you relax, unwind and take some time for yourself.
