We know how much you have all been LOVING our Hot Sculpt classes 🔥✨ sooooo 😏we’ve added another session starting in a few weeks… Tuesday evenings with Charlie 🤍! Can you help us choose the best time?

Our Hot Sculpt classes combine strength and low-impact movement in a beautifully heated studio using our infrared heating system, warming the room to 40 degrees 🌿 🔥 it’s challenging, but you’ll feel amazing after!

The heat helps your body move more freely whilst adding an extra challenge to your workout, leaving you feeling strong, energised and grounded and leaving class with that after glow 🌞

Through an energising Reformer Pilates flow followed by a guided meditation, you’ll be supported to soften, lengthen, and reconnect, creating space in both body and mind.🙏
