Our last day of training today with the wonderful and at here in LA! 🤍✨

I’m so excited to see what today brings and to finish off such an incredible few days of learning & moving… but I’m also feeling a little sad that it’s nearly time to leave.

I’ve been so lucky to spend this time with such a beautiful group of women, sharing the experience, learning from each other and making some lovely new connections along the way. 🥹

It’s been such a special part of my Pilates journey and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to continue my education here in LA.

I’ll be sharing little snippets of what we’ve been getting up to over the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled! 👀✨

So excited to be here in LA, South Pasadena, completing further Pilates training with Tracey Mallett & balanced body🤍✨

I’m honestly having the absolute time of my life over here! It’s been such an incredible experience, not only to continue my training and deepen my knowledge, but to meet the most beautiful group of instructors. It’s been so much fun spending time together, learning from each other, sharing experiences and being surrounded by people who are just as passionate.🫶🏼

I’ve had the opportunity to experience different classes, learn from some incredible teachers and even had the chance to teach here too, which has been such a special part of the experience.

Every bit of this training is helping me to elevate my knowledge, teaching and experience, and I’m so excited to bring everything I’m learning back home to Divinity and share it with you all. 🌿

I’m back on Monday and back to classes next week, so I’ll see you all very soon! 🤍

We’re incredibly proud of the experience we’re creating at Divinity. From investing in high-quality equipment and continually improving our studio spaces, to bringing you new classes, workshops and experiences, and continuing our own education and CPD we’re committed to keeping Divinity a high-quality space to move, learn, connect and reset.

Every class is a full hour of movement, with the time and space to properly arrive, move, breathe and leave feeling better than when you walked in🙌

Front splits on the reformer… because apparently regular splits weren’t dramatic enough 😂🫠

Our lovely Suhad absolutely SMASHING this tonight 👏🏼✨

The confidence. The balance. The “wait… I’m actually standing?!” moment 😂🤍

And the whole group did incredible tonight. We have been working on the balance and building up each week to progress.

Had a great laugh and just celebrated each other 🥳
