What an incredible week it was for Cross Heath Slimming World!

We had our Woman of the Year 2026 competition, along with a beautiful taster evening full of slimming friendly food, treats and snacks - and we topped that off by crowning our BRAND NEW Cross Heath Slimming World Women of the Year:

These two stunning ladies embody exactly what our group is all about - coming to group, being involved, inspiring others and motivating everyone when things get a little difficult. Please give a huge round of applause to our winners!

Yesterday marked one year of being a Slimming World Consultant for me, and what a year it's been! We've been awarded Slimming World's group of the month FIVE TIMES in the first year, we've celebrated 10 different members getting to their dream weight, we've added an extra session due to popular demand, and we're going from strength to strength!

One amazing year of changing lives, and here's to many more! Will you be joining us for year two?

What an amazing evening it was last night! It was an honour to be able to celebrate and share in the success, inspiration and motivation of the amazing men in our group for our MAN OF THE YEAR 2026 final - I said this last night but as a bloke it can take a lot of balls to walk into Slimming World, and I couldn't be prouder to have all of our guys in there. There has been a stigma around men needing help for too long, and they are living proof that the stigma isn't true - everyone is welcome and everyone gets the support they need.

Any of the guys would have been worthy winners of our Man of the Year 2026, the competition was fierce, but pease, raise a glass to our two fantastic winners - Steve and Andy! Well done fellas!

We also had a member get to her Target weight last night - huge congratulations to Helen who achieved her dream weight and was presented with her certificate, sticker, badge and Slim for Life plan!

Not only that, but we had loads of award winners last night too!

This group is unreal - if you're not part of it yet... Why not? 😉

It's with a heavy heart that I'm going to have to cancel tonight's group due to a close family emergency and me needing to be with family at a difficult time.

I'm gutted, I never want to cancel a group because I know how important it is to you all, if it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't be taking this step.

103lbs GONE in ONE WEEK at Cross Heath Slimming World 🤯🎉

Cross Heath absolutely smashed it on Wednesday with an incredible 103lb loss, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder 😍

This is what happens when real-life Food Optimising, consistency and support come together. The determination, support and hard work in group is second to none💪✨

Every member is on their own journey, with their own goals. We saw some incredible losses and awards this week! This is only the beginning! ❤️
