It doesn't take much in this day and age for us to become frazzled quickly.

It's really important that we are honoring what we need and we are able to bring ourselves back into regulation.

There's something so amazing about non-sexual touch that is restorative and loving that means we are really able to support each other when those times come.

After attending the most sensual workshop I've ever experienced I'm excited now to be hosting 2 sensually wild oil immersion events in May.

Where is this happening?

Zoom! You can watch from anywhere

How much is it?

Absolutely nothing. This stuff is so needed right now. I'm passionate about it.

How long are the sessions?

90 minutes. 6:30 to 8 p.m on all three days.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, each session will be sent out to everyone that registered using this link.

I haven't been to something like this before…Do I have to interact?

Nope.
You can have your camera off, you can have your microphone off, you can just be watching if you want.

What should I do on the day of the event?

Make sure your environment is nice and comfortable. Make sure all of your devices are charged.
Pen and paper ready.
Grab a drink.
Go to the loo.
Arrive a couple of minutes before the start time.
Click the link you were sent in the confirmation email.

Why should I join the WhatsApp group?

Other participants will be in there and if you're like me, I'm on WhatsApp most so you can keep in the loop with stuff as it goes down

I wasn’t raised in a family of naturists.

We weren’t getting n@ked all the time.

But I was raised around people who loved being in their bodies.

From when I was small I saw that bodies were made to move, to sing, to laugh, to dance.

There was no shame in being alive.
No one talking about needing to change or hide.
And that is such a gift.

I’m so grateful to have grown up around people who taught me that being in your body can be joyful.
That movement is medicine.

I bought this bathmat when I first moved into my own home after my marriage ended and I put it right by the front door.

For me, getting n@ked doesn't just mean taking off your clothes.
It’s about taking off the masks as well.

That little mat was my way of saying, Come as you are. You’re safe here. You’re not being judged. You’re allowed to be real.

We spend so much of our lives pretending it’s fine, covering what’s true, hiding what’s tender.
But the real freedom happens when we start showing up exactly as we are.

That’s what my work is about.
That’s what The Embody It Journey is about.

It’s not just about nudity.
It’s about truth.
It’s about remembering the pleasure and beauty of being fully you.
