Uplift (otherwise known as mastopexy). Not only does this reduce sagging, but by redistributing breast volume, a rounded youthful result can be achieved. We are always trying to counteract gravity, and by using specialist techniques we can reduce the impact of this on the long term result. Dressings off! Many thanks to my terrific patient for allowing me to share. Almost 900g reduction on each side has alleviated back and neck discomfort, and resulted in something more comfortable and certainly less cumbersome.
