Another gorgeous 5 week block of baby massage has come to an end 🥹🤍✨️

I've absolutely loved getting to know all 9 mamas + babes on my July block!

And I genuinely get emotional when I have to say goodbye 😅

We've shared highs, lows and everything in-between over the last 5 weeks.

We've had deep, honest convos about mental health, the realities of postnatal life, motherhood, feeding and so much more.

We celebrated our final class today with certificates, footprint keepsakes, nosecco + a trip to a local cafe after class ☕️

Blooming Births baby massage is so much more than "just a baby massage class" - its your postnatal community ready to warmly welcome you with open arms 🫶🏻

This post isn't about shaming anyone who needed or wanted interventions in birth.

And believe me - I know first hand that this is a hugely sensitive topic 🫶🏻

But we do all need to be aware of what the data is telling us.

Intervention rates are increasing 📈
Physiological birth is declining ❤️
And outcomes are not improving 🫶🏻

So what can you do about it?

Daddy & Me, Fathers Day Tea 👨🏻‍🚀✨️

We had such a lovely time celebrating Fathers Day at my baby massage + storytime special yesterday.

It was so nice seeing lots of dads enjoying time with their little ones and creating lots of thoughtful memories ❤️

Babies enjoyed a mini baby massage routine led by their daddies, we created gorgeous footprint keepsakes + had beautiful photo opportunities with Emily from Bloom, Blossom and Blush Photography

We even had cake + some non-alcoholic beers to celebrate! 🥳🍻

It made it even more special seeing lots of my hypnobirthing clients there with their little ones in tow - proper full circle moment! 🥹❤️

Happy Fathers Day to all the special daddies out there! ✨️
