Sadly we have to share that NCAT has ceased to trade as a charity therefore the future of the Counselling Service and the Men's Group (Fawdon Fellas) is uncertain and under threat of closure.
We are no longer taking on any new referrals and suggest that anyone looking for counselling and mental health support seeks help elsewhere for the time being, current clients will be contacted by their counsellors as to continuing support and how this will look for now.
We are exploring all avenues on how we can continue this much needed and valuable free community service to the people of Blakelaw, Fawdon and beyond so watch this space.
Thank you so much to all of our clients and supporters and especially our Volunteer Counsellors who have helped shape and grow this service over the past three years.
