Meet Gill Vardy

I first got to target Dec 2019. Once there I thought I could do it alone.....I couldn't and put all the weight back on and more. After returning to group I got back to target October 2024.

Jill became my consultant earlier this year and she is fabulous. She is so inspirational and motivates me every week. I have recently lowered my target and this is all down to Jill. Supporting me to take that step, and believe myself that I could do it!

For anyone unsure as to whether Slimming World is right for them - come along to one of Jill's groups, you won't be disappointed 🥰

Me December 2025 at target. I joined SW in June 2025 and reached target in October. Ive lost 1.5 stone. I know SW is the only thing that works for me. There is loads of support and ideas from the consultant and members alike. There's absolutely no judgement and the group meetings are your "safe place". Jill is very inspirational/motivational. Come along and make new friends on the same journey.

Messages like this are the reason why I love being a Slimming World consultant!

Christine Snowdon is not only a member but she has become a social team member and more importantly someone I call a good friend! She sent me this message;

'In my mid 70s I have finally found my 'happy weight'. I have attended, and left, several Slimming World groups, got to target once before but this group, this consultant has really given me the quiet confidence to get back to my normal weight, a weight I haven't been since I was in my 20s. I will continue to go to group to ensure I stay at target and also to meet up with new friends who support and never judge. Thank you Jill Peddie Jones.'
