"Leaning into Connection, a Womens Circle" at The Pilates Place in Blakelaw (it's lush)!

Spaces limited to 8 to keep it super gentle & cosy.

I am over the moon to be bringing this Womens Circle to such a perfect venue. There's something really special about women coming together in sisterhood.
These Circles are going to run monthly and will have a carefully curated theme each month. The first theme will be Connection; connecting to others, and to ourselves.

We all have so many labels, roles and jobs to do that sometimes we might forget who we are, and to take time for us. This Circle will be a space to just be....simply to be you. Come with an open heart and mind, and leave a little lighter, a little more connected. Absolutely no experience needed, you are welcome exactly as you are.

What to expect....herbal tea and homemade cake, a gentle beginner friendly meditation, simple breathing techniques to nurture inner peace, journalling, sharing (if you'd like to), love and sisterhood. Drop me a message to book ✨️ 💛 I can't wait to share this space with you.

What’s happening this week alongside our normal classes…..

👨 Wednesday at 7:30pm sees our Men’s Only Reformer class. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to improve strength, mobility and flexibility, this is a welcoming, supportive space to get started.
4 classes for £40!

🌿 Our very first Beginners Workshop takes place on Sunday at 11:15am at £12.50 a slot .

Always wanted to try Reformer but not quite ready to jump straight into a class?

Over the course of an hour, we’ll introduce you to the reformer, explain how the springs and equipment work, cover the key Pilates principles, and guide you through the fundamental movements you’ll see in class. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, move at your own pace, and leave feeling confident and ready for your first Foundation session.

Can’t make Sunday? Don’t worry. We’ve added another Beginners Workshop on Wednesday at 11:30am, giving you another opportunity to get started and see what Reformer Pilates is all about.

Stepping into the final Niyama study this month, it's been an absolutely wonderful 10 month journey with and their beautiful community......as this part of the journey comes to a close I am going to go back to the first Yamas, study, and live, all of them again and then I would love to create a similar journey to invite others locally to embrace this beautiful limb of the Yogic path. And so it is 💫🌞🌊

I had the most AMAZING night last night. Held in super sacred space by
Honestly still hard to put it into words to do it justice. Exactly what my soul needed, with two of my most long standing, amazing women that I get to call friends in my life. It was just lush. From heart opening mama cacao, to literally conscious shifting drum healing, to shamanic storytelling and sacred chakra healing. Sooo much in one, beautiful, beautiful ceremony. It was just unbelievably powerful, peaceful, emotional, and all the parts in between. So super blessed.
