One of the biggest misconceptions about cold laser therapy is that people think it’s hot, painful, or uncomfortable.

In reality, most patients feel very little during treatment. It’s completely non-invasive, painless, and many people actually find it relaxing.

Cold laser therapy is used to help support healing, reduce inflammation, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions without injections, medication, or forceful treatment.

If you’ve heard about laser therapy but weren’t sure what to expect, this video might surprise you.

📩 Message us LASER to find out whether laser therapy could be a suitable treatment option for you.

Your knee pain might not actually be coming from your knee.

One common cause we see is overpronation — where the foot rolls in excessively when walking. Over time, this can place extra stress on the knee and contribute to pain further up the chain.

That's why we don't just look at where it hurts. We assess the whole picture to find the underlying cause.

In some cases, custom-made insoles can help improve foot mechanics, reduce stress on the knee and support long-term recovery.

Prolozone therapy is one of the most misunderstood treatments we offer.

Many people assume it’s simply another injection for pain relief. In reality, the goal is to improve healing by delivering the key ingredients tissues need to repair and regenerate.

In this carousel we explain:
✔️ How Prolozone works
✔️ The 3 stages of treatment
✔️ What conditions it may help with
✔️ Why it can be effective for chronic injuries and degeneration

If you’ve been told to “just live with it” or are looking for alternatives before considering surgery, this may be worth exploring.

📩 Contact the clinic to find out whether Prolozone could be appropriate for your condition.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the recent CPD course.

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing practitioners leave with new ideas, greater confidence, and practical tools they can take straight back into clinic.

Here's Part 1 of the feedback from some of the attendees.

Thank you again to everyone who came along and contributed to a fantastic day.

Interested in future CPD courses? Follow the page and keep an eye out for upcoming dates.

Simple things that may help frozen shoulder

The important thing is not just temporarily easing symptoms — it’s understanding WHY the shoulder became restricted in the first place.

If these simple tips aren’t helping, or the problem keeps returning, it may be time to get it assessed properly.

These courses are designed to be practical, real-world, and immediately applicable back in clinic.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended.

Runner’s knee isn’t always just a “knee problem.”

A lot of the time, the real issue can come from:
• overpronation
• poor foot mechanics
• imbalance through the chain
• repetitive loading

That’s why simply resting or masking the pain doesn’t always solve it long-term.

In clinic, we focus on identifying the root cause — not just managing symptoms.

Depending on the individual, treatment options may include:
• foot balance insoles
• laser therapy
• Prolozone
• rehabilitation advice
• movement correction

There are also free PDFs and more information in the link in our bio.
