I provide Yoga classes for all levels from beginners to experienced in the Newcastle city centre area based on the practices of Hatha Yoga, also one to one's, workshops, retreats, corporate work and hosting visiting Yoga teachers. In a few weeks time I'll be back at the wonderful Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan centre just 2 hours drive from Newcastle. A full weekend of in-depth Yoga practice, great company, venue, food.

On a recent trip to Budapest I meditated in Saint Matthias church for a while. Me being a music and sound nerd I noticed straight away the acoustics, not a single straight edge anywhere, so it created a beautiful ambience which matched brain waves. Whoever built this knew what they were doing to raise the experience.
