✨ SPIRITUAL BESTIES… ARE YOU LIVING IN THE NOW OR WAITING FOR WHAT’S NEXT? 🩷

We can spend so much time thinking about yesterday, worrying about tomorrow and trying to fix everything that we forget to experience NOW.

Being present doesn’t mean life is perfect.

It means allowing yourself to live fully in the moment instead of waiting until you’re healed, better or have everything figured out. ✨

At yesterday’s Soul Sister Healing event, Melissa described it as having a LIVE ROCK CONCERT going on inside your mind and body 🎸😂

Sometimes, that’s exactly what it feels like!

Your mind is in the past, your anxiety is in the future and your body is carrying everything else.

So pause and ask:

🩷 How do I feel right now?
🩷 What do I need right now?
🩷 Can I simply BE here?

Your body is always in the present.

Your breath, your feet on the ground and the world around you are all HERE.

And so are you. 🩷

✨ TRY THIS PRESENCE ENERGY HACK ✨

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Take a slow breath and say:

“Body, bring me fully into this moment now.”

Notice your breath, your feet, the air and the sounds around you.

Then say:

✨ “Body, release the need to live in yesterday.”
✨ “Body, release the need to prepare for tomorrow.”
✨ “Body, show me what being fully present feels like.”

When you notice a shift, say:

“Body, expand this presence safely through me.”

“Increase the energy of presence through me… 10… 20… 30… 40… 50…”

Breathe it deeper into your body and imagine the Earth grounding you into THIS moment.

🌈 BACK-TO-SCHOOL CALM Energy Tool 🌈

With our children returning to school, I can imagine there are lots of big emotions beginning to bubble beneath the surface. 🎒💭

They may feel excited, worried, overwhelmed, nervous—or a mixture of everything at once.

Try this simple calming practice together before bed, in the morning, in the car or just before they walk through the school gates. 💗

Ask your child to place one hand on their tummy and one on their heart. Take a slow breath together, then gently repeat the words on the second slide.

You can say each line first and let them repeat it after you.

Encourage them to imagine a magical superpower field surrounding their whole body in golden shield of light —helping them feel protected, calm and supported throughout their day. ✨🛡️

Let them add their own name:

“I am ( nicola) , and I hold superpowers.” 💫

This gives children a simple tool they can remember and repeat whenever they feel worried or overwhelmed—even when you aren’t beside them.

Save this post for the first school morning, and tag or share it with another parent who may need it. 💗🌈
