When Lily mentioned she'd love to try the new nail salon that had opened near her home, our Be Caring North Tyneside team jumped into action. Accompanied by Be Caring colleague Jodie, Lily made it to the salon and treat herself to a proper pamper day.

Since then, she has been working on her hand exercises so she can go back ang get both hands done!

Alan, a client in Manchester, fell in love with Celtic FC a few months ago after watching part of a match with Care Worker Oliver. When his son asked if he could help arrange a Celtic shirt for Alan, Oliver went above and beyond - sourcing an authentic retro top and personally delivering it to his home.

But that wasn't the only surprise. After hearing Alan's story from Oliver, the shop owner in Glasgow kindly customised the shirt free of charge - adding Alan's name and the number 94, to mark him joining the Celtic family at 94 years young! 💚🤍

Sometimes the smallest outings make the biggest difference. 🧡

In Newcastle, Care Worker Anthony recently took his client Stephen out for a well-deserved trip to his favourite pub in South Gosforth - his first time out of the house to socialise in almost a year!

Stephen had a relaxed afternoon enjoying a b**r 🍺, bringing back happy memories, and even went shopping afterwards too.

He was overjoyed by the whole experience and is already looking forward to his next outing.

Moments like these are what our work is all about - supporting people to live fuller, happier lives. Well done, Anthony! 👏
