This Carers Week, we're celebrating the difference that meaningful opportunities can make not only for the people we support, but for their families too.

Paul recently celebrated the opening of his first art exhibition after taking part in our Professional Artist in Residence Programme. Seeing him showcase his work with confidence was an incredibly proud moment for his parents and carers, who joined us on opening night to celebrate his achievements.

When autistic adults are given opportunities to develop their talents, families see more than artwork they see confidence, independence and new possibilities for the future.

Over the next few weeks we will be showcasing Pauls inspiring work and his journey to professional artist.

Today for Mental Health Awareness , our incredible group at Inspired Active came together to celebrate, connect, and raise awareness.

In a world that often overlooks adult autism and the mental health challenges that can come with it, today reminded us how powerful community is.

Things to talk about burnout, sensory needs, the beauty of special interests, and the importance of accommodations not just for survival, but for thriving. 💚
Mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. For autistic people, awareness means acceptance, understanding, and support that actually meets our needs.
Shoutout to everyone who showed up as their true selves today. You are seen. You are valued. You matter.

Inspired FC achieved an award that has made us immensely proud of the team ‘The Most Respectful Team’, This achievement highlights their development off the pitch as well as their fantastic skills when playing. They continue to impress us in both departments as we see them on their journey of development, its even better when it’s recognised by Durham FA participation league voted for by two referees, one who is a championship referee who has observed the guys playing across the season and noted their respectful and sporting behaviour.
