Lazy Sunday mornings ☀️

Mastering my craft.

Spending time with sound. Sitting with whatever comes up. Letting the vibrations do whatever they do.

No agenda. No expectations.

Just time to be.

This morning, I asked Christian to play the gong while I listened, watched and learned. As much as this journey is mine, he’s always right there beside me, encouraging me every step of the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for someone who quietly sits beside me, reminds me I’m brave and beautiful, and encourages me to fly like the butterfly he believes I am 💛

Tonight is the Buck Moon 🌕

Deer have always been my spirit animal.

Maybe that’s why this moon has always meant something to me.

Lately, life has reminded me just how fragile it all is.

So tonight, I’m not making wishes or setting intentions.

I’m simply standing under the same moon as everyone else.

Taking a quiet moment to think about the people I love.

Tonight, that’s enough 🦌

✨ Have you ever found yourself in exactly the right place, at exactly the right time? ✨

Today gave me one of those moments.

A frightened little dog slipped its harness and ran towards a busy road. While everyone called after it, I simply knelt down, stayed calm, and quietly said,

“You’re okay… come here”

The dog stopped.

It walked straight towards me and lay down at my feet.

For a moment, everything stood still.

People around me said,
“I can’t believe what I’ve just seen”

Truthfully… neither could I.

Sometimes life gently reminds us that we’re exactly where we’re meant to be. 🤍✨

Some days this work touches my heart more than words can say 🌼💫

Today, after a beautiful Reiki session, I was gifted these gorgeous flowers from a very special client. No need to name names… you know who you are ✨

What I treasure most about this work is the trust, connection, and gentle moments shared along the way. It’s such a privilege to hold space where people can fully relax, open their hearts, and simply be themselves - and that trust is something I’ll never take for granted 💛
