What does reflexology do for you?
Reflexology has some fabulous scientific foundations — that speak of improved sleep, circulation, improved feelings of wellbeing, it’s role in alleviating aches & pains
and abilities for easing feelings of stress.
So, let’s talk stress…
Not all stress is harmful, but when it builds and lingers, it’s not good for your health and wellbeing. Over 75% of illness is linked to stress, (not a great statistic!) which is why tending to it gently really matters.
Each foot holds over 7,000 nerve endings. Imagine those nerve endings being slowly softened, calmed, and reassured, a quiet way for your whole system to relax and settle.
When we’re stressed, the cardiovascular system tightens and the flow of blood can feel less efficient.
Reflexology helps ease that tension and as the body relaxes, our circulation improves, and everything begins to work with a little more ease.
Sounds lovely, don’t you think? Come on in, take off your shoes, get cosy on my therapy couch, close your eyes and relax.
