One session can ease the pain. A course of treatment fixes what caused it.

Pain rarely shows up overnight, so it rarely disappears in one visit either. A proper plan means we calm things down, rebuild strength, and stop it coming back.

That’s why I offer 3 sessions for £80. It gives us the time to actually sort the problem, not just chase the symptoms. Each session is 45 minutes of high-quality treatment!

Feeling that ni**le turn into something more? Book in and let’s get ahead of it. Link in bio.

The maths finally makes sense 🧮

New monthly plans are live — and every single one is now cheaper per session than my concession rate!!

🟠 Starter — £34/month (1 session)
🟠 Regular — £64/month (2 sessions) ⭐ most popular
🟠 Committed — £120/month (4 sessions — just £30 each)

Same 45 minutes of hands-on treatment. Priority booking. Miss a session? It rolls over. And your price never goes up while you're subscribed.

If you're already seeing me every few weeks, you're overpaying without one of these. That's it, that's the post.

Hi everyone, Dean here. I'm a physio based right here in Benton, running my own clinic, Physio with Dean.

I've got a few appointment slots free this week, so if you've been putting up with a sore back, a dodgy knee, a stiff neck or anything that's been nagging at you, now's a good time to get it looked at.

No long waiting list, no faff. Drop a comment or message me and I'll get you booked in. Happy to answer any questions too.

Prefer to see my slots and book yourself? Use this link:

I am seeing an increasing amount of AI created content and it’s still in a dangerous place because a physio trainer or coach that needs to use AI to demonstrate their knowledge is doing just that, they aren’t the guru they’re claiming to be, they’re faking it using AI.

I’ll put my hands up and say I use AI to automate the monotony of social media and clinical notes but not as a replacement for my knowledge I have accrued over years and years and I never will.

Be wary of what you see online, excessive hyphens or weird call to actions: ‘comment massage if you’re sick of having back pain’ type posts 🙈

AI is clever, cleverer than I am but it’s not yet the substitute for lived experience. If it looks like someone has an over reliance on AI, they may not be the expert they are claiming to be!

Most new patients walk in expecting stretches and a bit of massage.

The reality is broader and honestly, more interesting.

Physio is a regulated clinical profession. We assess properly, work out a diagnosis (and rule things out), treat, educate, and know when to refer you on if something isn’t musculoskeletal.

This post breaks down what actually happens in a session useful if you’ve been putting off booking because you weren’t sure what to expect.
In short, your physio:

🔍 Assesses: clinical history, movement testing, red flag screening, special tests.

🧠 Diagnoses: works out what’s going on, rules things in and out.

🤲 Treats: manual therapy, tailored exercise, load management, pain education.

📚 Educates: understanding your injury, realistic timelines, when to push and when to back off.

↗️ Refers: to GP, imaging or specialist when needed.

Not sure if you need physio? You probably do — if pain isn’t settling, an injury is affecting daily life, or you’re trying to return to sport.
