Last month we had one of our highest FTA rates resulting in nearly 25 hours worth of surgery time being wasted. We are having great difficulty getting patients booked in at the moment due to our diaries being filled to max capacity. Please give us a call if you are unable to attend your appointment otherwise your registration at our practice will be at risk.
