With just **72 hours between Championship games**, recovery is crucial, especially for the dual players putting their bodies through both codes.

So today, the lads came into **Sauna Ice Balance** in Newcastle to recover, reset and get the bodies ready for the next battle. 🧖‍♂️❄️

Tomorrow night it’s **Drumaness** — with a place in the **Junior Football Championship semi-final** on the line.

After last night’s huge cup victory over Championship opposition Newry City, the lads are now into the Quarter-Finals! 👏

And it doesn’t stop there…
