Ben Nevis 2026 — done! 😁

A little adventure, a lot of tired legs, and one very happy finish!

Rainy days...

There’s something about listening to the rain outside while you switch off, breathe and let your body relax.

The Mournes in the distance, a warm treatment room and a little time just for you.

Sometimes you don’t need to go far to feel like you’ve escaped.

When a cancellation gives you an unexpected early, longer lunch… you go climb a mountain!

Sometimes you just have to make the most of the time you’re given; get outside, move your body and reset.

That’s a big part of what Retreat by the Mournes is about, helping people feel better, move better and keep doing the things they love.

Now… back to work! 😁💪🏼

An early morning I run up the Summit of Slieve Donard & Commedagh before work.

The peace, fresh air and sense of calm I find here is what inspires everything I do at Retreat by the Mournes. It's where I reset, recharge and get ready to help others do the same.
